Envelope Sleeve for your iPad : Traditional Parcels for your Modern Electronics

A mixed style of vintage aesthetics for the modern world.

I am obsessed with anything stationary. I would rather write somebody a letter, wax stamp it down and mail it off before text someone. (Sadly nowadays time does not allow)
I do not know if it is because I am better with pen and paper or if it is because I desperate to communicate with someone on a deeper personal level.

I started testing out some new designs for all the new "fancy dancy" electronics coming out and I started thinking how awesome would it be to mix the old world in with the new.

For some of us who do not have the time to write a letter we use our new electronics to communicate by email, skype, facebook, TWITTER! etc. How cool would it be to be able to carry, protect and show off your modern day devices of communication with a parcel inspired leather piece!

These Leather Envelope Sleeves are made with full grain chrome tanned boot leather and Nubuck Leather (Timberland Boots/Tony Lama).

This guarantees the durability, quality and presence of high quality leather.

The flap is secured down with our quick release leather strap. The strap is tightly enforced with a antiqued copper rivet at the base of the flap.

Around the entire exterior of the sleeve you will find industrial strength thread binding the front and the back together. (One Seam, is better than four) Seams rip way before leather rips. So if one piece of leather is made using only one seam... well you get the picture. The damn thing is tough.

At each corner of the sleeve are antiqued copper rivets. This protects the stress points and provides security to contents inside.

Oh Did I mention that the sleeve also turns into a stand?

A funny short story: Our buddy David Bley came over and was messing around with this sleeve that you see pictured. He was folding it back and forth and getting a feel for it, before he planned on purchasing it. He then folded it at the right time and placed his ipad on top of it after showing us something on the internet. There it happened. It was like a choir of angels singing in the background. We noticed the ipad sat perfect on top of the flap while the bottom was rolled up. The friction of the leather kept his tablet in place while typed on it.
